Bon Appetit: Luxurious
The Luxurious Bar & Waffle House is offering a $500 “Ride for the People” dinner ticket, with a first-come, first-serve price.
The event was billed as a “social drinking event, in which guests are invited to take part in drinking discussions at a restaurant or bar featuring live entertainment and dining on a regular basis, including alcoholic beverages. The menu will include a menu that will be displayed in the dining room along with wine tastings and food choices. Guests may bring their own beverage, as appropriate, of course during the evening with all proceeds going towards helping to spread the word.” That’s not a new suggestion coming from the owners of the Bar & Waffle House, as well. They say people can also bring their own food.
The idea came to them in September, after they saw photos of the event, according to a report by Gawker. When they saw the photo that everyone was sharing it, they decided to bring in more of The Luxurious Bar & Waffle House’s food offerings as well. The staff gave it a green light and they started selling their wines and beer to those attending. The proceeds went to the charitable endeavors of The Los Angeles Public Library.

Mansa: An excellent place to hang out and meet and have a fantastic time. You’ll definitely feel right at home.
Athletics and Creative Design: At the time I got this review, I thought this place was super weird. It was pretty weird at first, and so did that weird house next door. But look at it again, and it makes perfect sense. For one, it’s just right in front of you, right out to you, and the food is always fresh and delicious.
Art Deco: While not overly trendy in comparison to the other two, this is one of the most unique places I’ve ever come across in California.
Tall, Sturdy & Unique: Great art deco place, with high ceilings and ceilings of all kinds. This is the best place I’ve been to and they make the best gifts.
